Focuses on Hispanic and Latino career advancement, and mentoring youth to maximize their full potential

Supports professional development, increased awareness of Black history and culture and the next generation of Black leaders in STEM

Encourages LGBTQ awareness and education, outreach, and professional development

Ability Alliance

Provides support and resources for increased disability awareness and education to enable people of all abilities to thrive

Veterans Alliance

Supporting our military community comes naturally to Viasat employees. With a large population of veterans and military spouses, we’re focused on continuing to grow our efforts in supporting the people who protect our way of life through recruitment, career growth and taking care of their families.

Women's Alliance

We’re committed to providing a sense of community, connection, and personal and professional development for women at Viasat. We are ensuring the next generation of women have opportunities to pursue careers in STEAM through sponsored community events and mentorship opportunities.

Pride Alliance
